Custom cabinet doors · Manufactured in Canada for the trade
Morden Doors builds made-to-size cabinet fronts in PVC, acrylic, TFL, paint and raw — a production partner for cabinet shops, manufacturers and kitchen studios across Canada.
( 01 ) — Why Morden
We don't sell kitchens. We build the doors inside other people's kitchens — and we take that seriously.
Start a conversation →Every door is machined to your cut list — your sizes, your hinge boring, your hardware spec. No stock dimensions to design around, no compromises forced into your layout.
Finish runs are kept together and documented, so an island added six months later matches the original order. Your clients never see a batch line — and neither do you.
Production is planned against a confirmed date at quote. When your install is booked, our calendar is committed to it — because a late door is a late kitchen.
You get a dedicated representative from first drawing to delivery. Questions go to a person who knows your account, not a queue.

Each material answers a different job. Select one to see where it works hardest.
Can't decide? Order a sample kit and put the options in your client's hands — finishes read differently under kitchen lighting.
A seamless PVC membrane thermoformed over machined MDF. The workhorse of the industry: moisture-tolerant, easy to live with, and available in a broad range of solids and wood reproductions.

Wrapped, pressed or painted depending on material — each finish run kept together for batch consistency.
Every door inspected, labelled to its cabinet, and packed with protected corners for the road.
Consolidated freight across Canada — to your shop, your showroom, or directly to the install.

( 07 ) — Trade partnership
We sell exclusively to the trade — which means we never compete with our customers. Your clients stay yours; we stay behind the scenes, making you look good on install day.
Volume-tiered pricing that improves as your orders grow, with straightforward terms and no surprises at invoice.
Physical material boards and swatch cards for your showroom and client presentations — finishes sell better in hand.
Documented finish runs mean additions and repairs match the original order, months or years later.
A named representative who knows your account, your typical specs, and picks up when you call.
( 08 ) — Start a project
Tell us what you're building. Send as much or as little as you have — a cut list, a rendering, even photos of a client's inspiration.
Thank you — our trade desk will come back to you within one business day with pricing and current lead times for your materials.
( 09 ) — Trade questions
No hard minimums — small and sample orders are welcome. Pricing is tiered by volume, so larger runs simply cost less per door.
Production time depends on material, finish and current shop load. Rather than a generic promise, you receive a confirmed production date in writing with your quote — and we plan against it.
Yes. Send a physical sample or a standard reference and we'll match it in paint. Finish runs are kept together so every door in an order reads the same.
Hinge boring and hardware drilling are machined to your specification during production. Include your hardware details with the cut list and we'll take it from there.
We work exclusively with trade professionals. Homeowners are welcome to browse for inspiration — and we're happy to point them toward shops we supply.
Every door is inspected, labelled to its cabinet, corner-protected and packed for freight. Orders ship consolidated across Canada to your shop, showroom or job site.
