Who we serve

Most shops don't need another catalogue. They need a shop behind them — one that cuts to your cutlist, holds your colour across a whole job, and answers the phone when a schedule is on the line. That's the work we do at Morden Doors, producing custom cabinet doors and decorative surfaces from our plant in Morden, Manitoba.

Everything we ship is made to order: five material lines, sized to the sixteenth of an inch, finished under controlled conditions and packed for the job site.

01

Made to order

No stock sizes to design around. Send the cutlist; receive doors that fit it.

02

Finish you can repeat

Controlled application and batch discipline, so the last door matches the first.

03

People who build

Quotes, samples and reorders handled by people who've spent time around presses and spray lines.

Five lines. One standard of fit and finish.

All five lines run to the same made-to-order spec — mixed-material jobs are normal for us.

    05 · Capabilities

    Set up for shop reality.

We built the plant around what actually slows shops down: sizing, batching, packing and freight. The list on the right is how we work, every order.

    A.

    Made-to-order sizing

Every door produced to your cutlist, to the sixteenth of an inch. Hinge boring to your drilling pattern on request.

    B.

    Runs of any size

A single replacement door and a forty-unit condo program run through the same lines, with the same checks.

    C.

    Batch discipline

Colour and sheen are controlled across each job, so door one hundred matches door one.

    D.

    Site-ready packing

Doors individually faced, corner-protected and crated for freight — not just for the shelf.

    E.

    Freight across Canada

Shipping arranged to shops and job sites nationwide, with tracking shared the moment it leaves the floor.

    F.

Lead times you can plan around

Quoted when you order — and called in early if anything ever changes.

    Step 01

    Spec

Send a cutlist, a sketch or a photo of the profile you need matched.

    Step 02

    Sample

Hold a finished sample door before you commit the job.

    Step 03

    Production

Doors made to size, bored, finished and inspected.

    Step 04

    Freight

Crated, shipped and tracked to your shop or site.
