01 — What we make

The door is the kitchen.

Everything else is structure and appliance. The doors are the surface people touch, the lines they notice, the finish that sets the tone of the whole room.

Morden Doors makes cabinet doors and decorative surfaces for the trade — and nothing else competes for that attention. Shops send us drawings; kitchens come back as doors. Flat, square, colour-matched, ready to hang. That's the whole job, and it's enough.

    03 — Material lines

    Five lines, one standard.

Each line suits a different job, budget and hand. Select any line to open it in the Door Studio.

    A note on craft

You only notice a door when it's wrong.

A reveal that's out of square. An edge that doesn't match its face. Gaps where light collects. We obsess over the millimetres so the kitchen reads as one quiet, confident piece.

    04 — Capabilities

    Built for the trade.

Everything a busy shop needs from a door supplier — and nothing it doesn't.

    Made to measure

Doors cut, profiled and bored to your drawings — per opening, per run, no fillers.

    Colour discipline

Finishes pulled and checked against master samples, order after order — so additions match the originals.

    Edge craft

Wrapped, banded or squared edges finished to look like the face — because they're half of what you see.

    Packed properly

Corner-protected, interleafed, palletized and wrapped — doors arrive ready to hang, not to fix.

    Schedules you can build on

Quotes in days. Lead times stated up front and honoured — your install date is our deadline too.

    Straight answers

Material advice from people who cut it every day — before you commit a kitchen to it.
