Custom cabinet doors & decorative surfaces · Manitoba, Canada
The door is
the architecture.
Five material systems, one standard of making. Morden Doors supplies cabinet shops, kitchen designers and dealers with doors and panels specified to the millimetre — and finished like furniture.
Five surfaces. One standard of making.
From membrane-pressed PVC to mirror-gloss acrylic, every system is engineered for daily life in working kitchens — and specified the same way: by profile, by finish, by millimetre.
System 01 / 05
PVC membrane
Seamless by nature. A rigid MDF core wrapped in flexible PVC film under vacuum — so faces, edges and profiles arrive as one continuous surface. No visible edge line, and nowhere for moisture to start.
- Substrate
- Moisture-resistant MDF
- Surface
- PVC membrane, vacuum-pressed
- Edges
- Fully wrapped — seamless
- Best for
- High-traffic kitchens, baths, utility rooms

System 02 / 05
High-gloss acrylic
Depth you can measure in reflections. Acrylic faces with a UV-stable top layer, laid over MDF and trimmed with colour-matched edge banding — the specular look of glass, with the practicality of a panel.
- Surface
- High-gloss acrylic sheet
- Edges
- Colour-matched banding
- Sheen
- Mirror gloss, UV-stable
- Best for
- Contemporary kitchens, feature walls

System 03 / 05
Thermally fused laminate
The quiet workhorse. Decorative paper fused directly to the core under heat and pressure — hard-wearing, cleanable, and honest, in smooth, linen and woodgrain decors.
- Surface
- TFL, heat-fused to core
- Edges
- Matching ABS / PVC banding
- Textures
- Smooth · linen · woodgrain
- Best for
- Multi-unit, laundry, office joinery

System 04 / 05
Painted enamel
Any colour you can point at. Machined MDF doors, primed and finished to your sample, fan deck or photograph — in matte, satin or gloss — and packed like they're already installed.
- Core
- MDF, CNC-machined
- Colour
- Matched to sample or reference
- Sheen
- Matte · satin · gloss
- Best for
- Bespoke kitchens, colour-led design

Raw components
Your finish, your way. Unfinished, machined-to-size doors and components with crisp, ready-to-coat profiles. The substrate, tooling and tolerances are ours — the final colour is yours.
- State
- Unfinished, sanded
- Profiles
- CNC-machined, sharp-edged
- Best for
- Shops with in-house finishing
- Also
- Cut-to-size panels to dimension

From board to door.
A cabinet door is flat-panel furniture. It asks for true cores, sharp tooling, and finishes that don't telegraph what's underneath — the same discipline, whether the door is raw MDF or mirror-gloss acrylic.
CNC door machining
Profiles and openings cut to your cut list — machined flat, machined square.
Membrane pressing
PVC film vacuum-pressed over MDF: faces, edges and profiles as one surface.
Lamination
Acrylic and TFL faces bonded to core, then trimmed and edge-banded.
Finishing & colour match
Priming, spraying and colour matching to your reference sample.
Cut-to-size
Panels supplied to dimension, labelled by opening, ready for the bench.
Trade packaging
Interleaved, corner-protected and packed flat — finished surfaces arrive finished.

01
One source, five systems
Specify PVC for the condo bathroom and acrylic for the penthouse kitchen — without changing suppliers, tolerances, or paperwork.
02
Colour you can stand behind
Finish references are matched to sample and held across production, so repeat orders stay true to the first install.
03
Your cut list, our machining
Doors and panels arrive to your dimensions, labelled by opening, and ready for the bench — not for rework.
04
Packaging that respects the product
A finished door is a finished surface. It ships the way it left the line — protected, interleaved, and flat.
