• Thermofoil-PVC

  Membrane-pressed PVC over MDF. The skin wraps face and edges in one piece — nothing to chip or delaminate. Matte, woodgrain, solid and high-gloss colors, plus Olon color matches.

  Thermally fused laminate faces matched to Tafisa and Uniboard boards, so doors read the same as your box panels. Five-piece shaker or full slab, and a cut & tape program for your own panel work.

• Acrylic & PET

  High-gloss acrylic with polished edges, or matte, fingerprint-resistant PET. Both bond to MDF and take matching ABS edge for a finished look on all four sides.

  Paint-grade MDF, sprayed and cured in-house. Bring any manufacturer's color code — we match it and hold the same formula across every batch and reorder.

How an order runs

Same three steps whether it's one replacement door or a full kitchen. You approve samples before we cut — no surprises at install.

1. 1

   Send your cut list

   Email an Excel sheet or our order form. List sizes, quantities, finish codes, edge profiles and hinge boring. Unsure about a code? Send a photo of the board label and we'll match it.

2. 2

   Approve the samples

   We courier physical samples cut from the same batch material as your order. You sign off on color and fit before anything is machined.

3. 3

   We build and deliver

   The full batch ships from Surrey, crated and corner-taped. Will-call at the shop door, or delivery across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
